Take to the skies with a little attitude and a lot of color! Up, Up & Away is a playful quilted wall hanging (approximately 20 square? pattern that tells a whimsical story high above the clouds. A grumpy black cat rides in style inside a rainbow-colored hot air balloon, drifting through a soft pale blue sky. Not everyone is impressed with the cat’s lofty adventure, though—a wild white duck with a bright orange bill and feet flaps and flounders nearby, squawking in protest! With cheerful balloons floating in the background and plenty of personality in every stitch, this pattern is perfect for quilters who love fun characters and bold color. The lively design makes a delightful wall hanging for sewing rooms, nurseries, or anywhere that could use a smile. Executed in raw-edge, fused & machine-stitched applique. Let your imagination soar as you stitch this charming airborne scene—because sometimes the best adventures happen Up, Up & Away!
